Job Description 

1. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistantto support the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining processes, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

   2. Daily Tasks

   2.1 Assist in informing the production team of critical issues affecting the production schedule
   2.2 Assist with the completion of morning tasks
   2.3 Procedure for clearing items marked ‘IN RACK’
   2.4 Procedure for updating the Shell Fitting Board
   2.5 Procedure for updating the Alterations Board
   2.6 Procedure for updating the Fitting Board
   2.7 Procedure for processing an order
   2.8 Assist in overseeing the production team to monitor and improve performance
   2.9 Assist with quality checks and procedure audits
   2.10 Assist with setting up and shutting down the production department

   3. Weekly Tasks

   3.1 Assist with placing orders, receiving finished goods, and performing inventory checks
   3.2 Assist in liaising with contractors to ensure work orders are on schedule
   3.3 Assist with handling repairs to all equipment used by the production team

   4.1 Assist Human Resources in the recruitment of new staff
   4.2 Support HR initiatives within the production department
   4.3 Assist in conducting interviews for new stitchers
   4.4 Assist with onboarding new stitchers
   4.5 Procedure for purchasing fabric
   4.6 Scheduling and assigning work
   4.7 Procedure for assigning tasks to couriers
   4.8 Procedure for quality checking a garment
   4.9 Procedure for performing a garment measurement test
   4.10 Procedure for dressing a garment
   4.11 Procedure for packaging garments for shipping
