Providing in house customer service
- Telephone reception - receiving incoming calls and responding to the needs of customers
- Following up with orders
- Preparation of invoices using Sage
- Data entry
- Recording of transactions
- Filing
Other Requirements:
Computer literacy in word and excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in Peach Tree , Sage, Quickbooks or any other accounting Software would be an asset
Remuneration: Short term contract -One year
