
At Rock Solid Plastics Limited (RSPL), the sales team is the engine that drives the organization. We are looking for a competent Sales Manager that can lead a group of motivated sales representatives.
The ideal Sales Manager should be an expert in all aspects of the sales process and be particularly skilled at establishing rapport, generating leads, and closing deals. We're searching for a quick learner with excellent negotiating abilities, someone with a proven track record who can motivate others to accomplish at the same level. A keen intellect and the capacity to coach, counsel, inspire, or replace sales representatives while assembling and sustaining a high-performing team are prerequisites for the position.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Have a thorough understanding of all we have to offer in order to represent the firm well.
- Determine the demands of the consumer and how our solutions meet those needs.
- Reach business goals through careful planning, goal setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
- Continuously improve hiring, training, and team leadership skills. Ensure that team members are employing efficient sales techniques to reach revenue targets.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that broadens the company's customer base and increases its presence.
- Meet with prospective customers to establish enduring relationships that cater to their needs.
- Hold daily check-ins with the sales staff to set goals and track accomplishments to guarantee that corporate quotas are met.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives.
- Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.

Educational Requirements, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA would be an asset.
- A demonstrated history of success as a sales manager, including setting and meeting goals for the department.
- Over five (5) years prior experience in management and sales.
- Certification/training/experience in strategic management would be an asset.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks.
- Experience in negotiating deals.
- Strong competence with MS Office Suite of software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Word, Outlook).
