GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The People Services Officer is accountable for the proper maintenance of the administrative records and systems of the HRD department of the company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains organization staff by maintaining a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; providing support to managers on candidate selection; coordinating and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; scheduling management conferences with employees; providing administrative support to employees and supervisors.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to senior management; directing the processing of benefit claims; Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
- Maintains management guidelines by updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains human resources assisting with staff recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training.
- Maintains human resource staff records, assists with KPI and other related performance assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The successful candidate should be educated to at least the Undergraduate level in Human Resource Management or Psychology or a related discipline, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
