At Blue Diamond Resorts, we are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator.
Role Objective:
To provide operational and administrative support to the P&C team to facilitate the successful execution of the SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors (SSFF) implementation project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process requests for project-related information and documentation.
- Assist with data validation and system input.
- Consolidate progress reports, statistics, and task tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions.
- Update employee databases and organizational charts.
- Support the creation of manuals and training materials.
- Handle basic incidents and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Monitor task deadlines and report any deviations.
- Participate in follow-up meetings and collaborate with other key departments.
Profile We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in administrative or project support roles.
- Desirable: experience with tools such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or HR platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
