Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Headoffice, Kingston
Position Summary
The Administrative Officer provides support across key areas of the company's operations, financial management, HR and administrative functions. This role plays an important part in ensuring the day to day activities run smoothly and efficienctly, contributing to the overall delivery of exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Payables and receivables (including utilities, rent, etc.) including collection activities
- Maintenance and operations support
- Report generation, collation and management for company
- Monthly financial position (expenses, revenue, profit, outstanding receivables, client exposure, etc)
- Reports as required (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Facilities and Asset Management.
- Provide seamless support to clients and internal teams
- Foster a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements
- Formal training in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience in HR, budget management, billing, collections, payroll and project management.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
- Adept analytical and project management skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and Google Workspace.
- Excellent time management, organized and solutions-driven.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about people and process.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
