JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor with a background in the baking, fast food, or restaurant industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining high food quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, bakery, or fast-food environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and food quality
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and adherence to company policies
- Train and mentor new and existing team members
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with management to implement marketing and sales initiatives
- Conduct daily opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining spaces
- Procurement of the necessary items.
