The Front Desk Manager is responsible for supervising the Front Desk and Bellboy teams, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests. This role oversees guest registration, room status accuracy, and promotes exceptional service delivery.
You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to uphold operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction. Candidates must have hands on experience in hotel operations, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with hotel systems.
•Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Supervisor in Front Desk or related areas in international hospitality.
•Education: Bachelor´s degree in tourism or related field.
•Knowledge: NewHotel, HotSOS, ORS, SAP, Pre-Check-in. Customer service in luxury hotels. Experience with AAA standards.
•Advanced English (spoken and written).
