CORE FUNCTION
The Marketing Coordinator assists in developing and executing marketing strategies to
promote the company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Reports to: Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist in implementing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the Company’s business objectives and market segments at the localised/branch level.
- Ensure all branch-level marketing initiatives align with the company’s brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activations, events, and promotional activities at branches to increase brand/product awareness and drive sales.
- Assists in collecting customer data and analysing interactions and branch visits to create comprehensive reports, improving future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure marketing materials, signage, and promotional items are distributed and available at all branches as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, advertisements, press releases, and digital content.
- Pursue proactive ways to promote growth at the branch & community levels
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of branch-level marketing efforts.
- Any other related duty that may be assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PERMITS
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or management studies with a concentration in Marketing
- At least two (2) years’ related experience in a similar job in marketing, sales, communications or public relations.
- A current Food Handler’s Permit
REQUIRED SKILLS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
- Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Demonstrable strength in event coordination & execution.
- Ability to tailor marketing activations to resonate with local customers.
