Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a major policy administration system implementation. These roles are critical to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes through effective requirements gathering, process analysis, data validation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Validation
- Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Ensure all requirements are validated through user acceptance testing and other QA processes.
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze current business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Recommend and document improvements to align with target operating models.
- Support the design and implementation of optimized workflows.
Data Migration & Quality
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and complete data migration.
- Validate data integrity and quality throughout the migration lifecycle.
Change Support & Training
- Develop user documentation and training materials.
- Assist in training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
