AUDIO LEAD

POSITION AVAILABLE: Accepting applicants from within the region.

 We are currently searching for an AUDIO LEAD to join our prestigious organization.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and execution of all Events.

  POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

•  Ensure that all events and event changes are properly communicated and documented.
• Meet with prospective clients and maintain client relationships.
• Assist with developing proposals to fulfill and offer solutions to the client’s needs.
• Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.

 REQUIREMENTS

 Audio, Video, Lighting or related degree or certification preferred.

• Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus.
• Minimum five years experience working with:-
  • Corporate Type Events
  • Touring Bands
  • In-Ear Monitoring Systems
• Minimum ten years experience in:-
  • Backline Equipment
  • Staging
  • Roof Systems
  • Rigging
  • Lighting
• Must have experience and be willing to work in shop to prepare for job
• Ability to work with very large format mixing consoles
• Familiar with the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently; organize time; meet deadlines; and pay very close attention to details.
• Ability to think broadly about the entire organization and not just focus on a particular function or responsibility.
• Prepared to work long hours including weekends and holidays.
• Some traveling may be required.
