We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bank Reconciliation Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bank reconciliation processes and must have hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP system).
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded appropriately.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure completeness of financial data.
Generate reconciliation reports and assist with audits when necessary.
Proven experience in bank reconciliations within a finance or accounting department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience working in a corporate finance environment.
Familiarity with other ERP systems will be an asset.
