KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Export documentation preparation as it relates to the global movement of international freight.
Working within a team and under the direction of a team lead, assist in the coordination of shipments from source to the customersfinal destination.
Ensure accuracy of all export documentation, and work under the direction of a team lead to ensure documents can be filed with the appropriate authorities.
Upkeep shipping log for all shipments.
Ensure all government and company policies are followed in the preparation of export documentation and movement of goods.
Follow up, track shipments until in the hands of the customer.
Ensure the timely movement of products, while following company processes.
Solve for documentation/logistics issues as they arise in a timely manner, keeping the team fully informed of challenges being managed.
Achievement of internal Massy KPI’s related to logistics.
Assist in other areas of work based on the needs of the department and any other area as necessary in support of Company activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Management and/or other relevant academic qualifications.
1 – 3 years’ experience managing export documentation.
Experience working within the Shipping industry will be an asset.
Computer literate, particularly Excel, and office suite of products.
Ability to travel to the US will be considered an asset
