The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance, and organizational culture. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior management, ensuring HR policies and practices align with business objectives and support a productive, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and implement retention strategies.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
- Promote continuous learning initiatives to drive employee skill enhancement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Coach managers on effective performance management practices.
- Address performance issues proactively, advising on corrective actions and developmental plans.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Manage disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and grievances.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation structures and benefit plans.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive, equitable compensation practices.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, ensuring effective communication and enrollment processes.
HR Systems & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records through HRIS and related systems.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Continuously improve HR processes through the adoption of technology solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachler's degree in HRM, Pyschology or related field
- 3 years experience as a HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
