Marathon insurance brokers is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager in driving marketing, client engagement, and brand reputation. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional with strong communication and administrative skills and a passion for digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Development Manager
- Draft and edit written communications, proposals, and presentations
- Confidently represent the company in verbal communications
- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms
- Respond to and manage online media complaints and public feedback
- Assist in the coordination of marketing initiatives and events
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar business development or communications role
- Proven skills in administration, writing, and public speaking
- Experience managing social media accounts and writing digital content
- A valid driver’s license
- An undergraduate degree in Business or related field is a strong advantage
