The Role
To support the missions and objectives of the Area Manager (and Wider Group) with diligence and professionalism, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivery of superior service quality and meeting financial targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Closely monitors area’s KPIs and adjust the operations to ensure targets are met.
- Utilises all technological platforms to schedule and assign tasks and monitor their execution.
- Conduct security surveys and investigations as assigned
- Manages the scheduling process and ensure coverage of all location posts according to client contracts, while ensuring duties are equitably assigned to security officers
- Sees the welfare and discipline of personnel under your charge, including Field Supervisors and Security Officers, giving due consideration to timeliness and proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, particularly regarding vehicle and firearm usage/safety, PSRA, FLA, JDL and K9 certifications, as applicable
- Ensure persons not in compliance with Firearm, K-9 and Driver training are removed from the respective duties until so compliant
- Attends client locations for incidents, meetings and special events in support of service quality management
- Support the logistics and response functions especially at peak hours daily, to support department KPIs.
- Any other reasonable duties within the scope of the position

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a management role, preferably within the private security industry or in operations management.
- Proven track record of managing large teams across multiple locations and coordinating operational activities to meet KPIs.
- Experience using digital platforms (e.g., SmartTask, Trackforce Valiant) to manage scheduling, task execution, and field response tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to handle compliance matters with regulatory bodies such as PSRA, FLA, and related certifications (JDL, K9).
- Must possess strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
