Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective F&B strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service, such as the kitchen, serving staff, and event planners.
- Assist with Recruiting, train, and supervise F&B staff, including waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and other service personnel.
- Set work schedules and assign duties to the team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve staff performance.
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
- Develop and manage budgets for the F&B department.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards are followed.Oversee regular inspections and ensure compliance with local health authorities.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in F&B management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and innovations in F&B.
