This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
