Job Summary:
The P&C Assistant supports day-to-day human resources functions at the Royalton Negril – Prime Travelers Club. This role involves assisting with recruitment, training coordination, employee documentation, and internal communication while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Help coordinate internal communication and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee events.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the wider P&C team to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Interest or experience in recruitment, training, or internal communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
