We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that engage customers and drive sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Brand Manager to coordinate and execute all marketing and communication campaigns on behalf of the company.
- Compile and generate Monthly Promotional Plans.
- Ensure all Advertising & Promotion campaigns are executed accurately, in a timely fashion and within budget.
- Work closely with all members of the Commercial Department and with Business Unit teams to ensure that Promotional Plans are implemented in an efficient manner.
- Ensure supplier invoices are received, vetted and approved for payment in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and circulation of all marketing communications on behalf of the company including Marketing bulletins and any internal communication, including copywriting.
- Execute ad-hoc jobs in a scheduled and timely manner without risking the execution of the marketing plan.
- Submit orders for promotional and exclusive items as well as general merchandise.
- Coordinate internal and external marketing events e.g. Road Shows, Big Prize events, and any other PR activities as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat applications.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
Education and Experience Required:
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a fast-paced wholesale/retail distribution company, ad agency or media house environment.
