📝 Minimum Qualifications We Accept:
✅ HEART Level II Certificate
✅ High School Leaving Certificate
✅ City & Guilds Mathematics & English (Level 1 to 3)

💼 Preferred Experience & Additional Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year in the BPO industry (Healthcare experience is a plus)

• Experience working on a voice account

• Must be able to work onsite at our Portmore location

• Flexible to work any 5 days of the week, including weekends and Jamaican public holidays

• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
