A leading chain of quick-service restaurants is inviting applications from qualified and experienced persons for the position of Assistant Training Manager.
We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Training Manager to join our client's Training Department and help shape the skills and careers of their teams! In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate training programs—from onboarding to leadership development—ensuring that staff excels in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Assist in designing and conducting training programs (classroom, workshops, on-the-job).
Lead induction sessions and ensure franchise-specific training compliance within 90 days of hiring.
Conduct store visits to assess training needs and provide hands-on coaching.
Manage career development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
Stay updated on training trends and maintain the integrity of training records.
Ensure the Training Centre is fully equipped with up-to-date materials.
Diploma in HR, Business Admin, Operations, or Food & Beverage Management.
3+ years’ experience in QSR training.
Certificate in supervisory management is a plus.
Proven ability to design engaging training programs and motivate teams.
