Job Summary
The Recruitment, Training, and Culture Co-Ordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role will focus on enhancing the recruitment process, employee engagement, job satisfaction, and talent retention. The Co-Ordinator will also oversee performance appraisals, training needs, job descriptions, and the development of digital orientation and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Assess company salary competitiveness
- Training and Development:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop tailored training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster open communication.
