Job Summary:

The Assistant IT Manager supports the IT Manager in overseeing the organization’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. This role ensures the efficiency and security of IT infrastructure, provides technical support, and helps manage IT staff and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing IT operations and infrastructure.

• Support the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.

• Provide hands-on support for end users, including troubleshooting technical issues.

• Help implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Monitor system performance and ensure IT systems are secure and reliable.

• Assist in managing IT projects, timelines, and vendor relationships.

• Train and supervise junior IT staff and support teams.
