We require that you have:

• Minimum High School Diploma and related work experience.
• Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience (not limited to BPO).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Great problem-solving skills.
• Great listening and conversational skills.
• Detail Orientated..
• Flexibility to work any shift within a 24-hour period, including day and/or night hours & weekends including holidays. 
• Valid Government ID, NIS, T.R.N
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 
• Ability to work with difficult customers in difficult situations,
• Solid customer service attitude, self-motivation, and critical-thinking ability,
• Comfortable working independently or in a team,
• Ability to maintain confidential information,
