Job Title: Sales Representative & Team Leader

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Sales Representative & Team Leader is required to provide sales support to the assigned team and all its customers to boost company sales, increase market share and achieve customer satisfaction in keeping with the strategic goals of the company.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises inside sales account executives.
- Develops customers and plans to achieve sales targets, fosters customers’ growth and identifies new business opportunities.
- Conducts regular reviews of customers accounts and assesses their needs, addresses concerns, and makes recommendations for business solutions in response to customers’ queries and needs, providing guidance to inside sales account executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers and is the strategic point of contact for key business-related matters.
- Supports and collaborates with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of products and services and exceptional customer experience.
- Identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities with customers to maximize revenue generation.
- Stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and other activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Prepares and presents reports on performance, forecasts, and other insights obtained from activities and customers engagements.
- Reviews open orders and follows up with inside sales executives to close opportunities.
- Maintains an updated database of customers.
- Onboards new customers and provides guidance and information ensuring steady monthly sales for these customers.
- Attends all product training designed to enhance performance.
- Attends monthly sales meetings with a view to providing intelligent feedback and recommendations.
- Performs other duties required, as instructed by the Sales Manager.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or tertiary training in Information Technology.
- Has a minimum of 5 CXC passes, which should include English Language and a numerical subject.
- Has a minimum of 2-year related work experience in Sales.

- Has a good command of the English Language.
