We’re looking for passionate, empathetic, and motivated individuals to join our Healthcare Associate Team. In this role, you’ll provide support, comfort, and solutions to patients and their families.

You don’t need a stethoscope, just a caring heart, clear communication, and the drive to help.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

• Assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and benefit details

• Handle confidential medical information in line with HIPAA standards

• Provide solutions while maintaining a positive, supportive tone

• Document all interactions in company systems

📌 Role Requirements:

• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter’s ID)

• NIS & TRN

• Birth Certificate

• Proof of Qualifications (Any of the following):

  • High School Certificate

  • 3+ CXCs including English

  • HEART Level 2 or above

• Typing speed of 20 WPM

• Fully flexible to work onsite on assigned 8-hour shifts – Monday to Sunday
