Promote and market wire rope products and services to a diverse customer base, meet customer needs and establish new business.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, address their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Update the Divisional Manager on all activities and customer visits and assist with formulating marketing strategy/plans.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a network and promote our products.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports within the deadline. 
    • Meet and exceed sales targets for the sale of assigned products, establish goals for payment of invoices, and convert delivery notes to invoices.
    • Receive customer feedback and follow up accordingly.
    • Coordinate deliveries and technical training seminars for our customers and conduct regular client visits.
    • Generate purchase orders, quotations, delivery notes, and transfer notes.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned/required.
  • Qualifications
    • CXC, CSEC Math and English
    • Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration
    • Sales Certification
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Industrial Sales. Experience in Wire Rope and Rigging would be an asset.
