We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead reliability engineering for well control equipment (WCE) in a major offshore project.

The role focuses on minimizing non-productive time (NPT), ensuring zero unplanned BOP retrievals, and enhancing operational efficiency through rigorous engineering, inspection, and compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical reviews during rig selection and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with API, regulatory, and contractor standards.
  • Manage remote BOP monitoring and reliability strategies.
  • Oversee third-party inspections and acceptance testing.
  • Provide operational support, risk assessments, and failure analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement through after-action reviews and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years senior subsea experience on UDW MUX units.
  • 5+ years in onshore subsea management or technical support roles.
  • Experience with WCE OEMs (NOV, HMH, SLB).
  • Strong background in inspection, maintenance, RCA, FMECA, and equipment lifecycle.
  • Engineering degree (mechanical/hydraulic preferred).
  • BOSIET certification required.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
