We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team in George Town, Cayman Islands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing bespoke portfolio management and financial advisory services to High Net Worth (HNW) and large corporate clients, with a strong focus on achieving growth targets in both client base and asset value. This role requires deep knowledge of financial instruments, credit, and the regulatory environment, as well as exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to build trusted client relationships, work independently and collaboratively, and deliver tailored financial solutions that drive long-term client satisfaction and business performance.

Core Functions:
  • Provide portfolio management and advisory services to High Net Worth (HNW) and large
  • Corporate clientele, achieve set goals and targets for growth of client base and portfolio value.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least three years experience in a similar position
  • Certificate and/or additional training in Sales and Portfolio Management.

Specialized Skills, Techniques/Learned Disciplines

  • Strong knowledge of the intricacies of the Unix operating systems and its functionality in a client/server Sound understanding of financial sector instruments and the regulatory environment
  • Sound understanding of credit
  • Strong selling & negotiating skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent public speaking and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to understand and deal with HNW customers individual needs and requirements
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • High level of enthusiasm
  • Sound knowledge of computer software packages including word processing and spreadsheet applications

  • Normal office environment
  • Frequent work outside of normal business hours and occasionally on weekends
