Who We’re Looking For

Driven Customer-focused Experts ready to shine. 

  • The IRU Representative role is a position with a primary focus serving IRU consumers via inbound or outbound phone calls. 
  • IRU Representatives are required to stay within state and federal guidelines and ensure professional verbal and written communication.
  • The objective is to help the consumer in account resolution, including but not limited to balance or settlement in full negotiations, payment plan creation, dispute resolution, etc.
  • Call Quality is a high priority for the IRU Representative; expected monthly results should exceed 90% with minimal compliance infractions

 

 

 What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service/Collections Expert you’ll:- 

  • Build trust and deliver outstanding service.
  • Handle inbound/Outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Guide customers through their questions and concerns.
  • 85% System Utilization and focus on phone work: call documentation, call escallations, account maintenance, etc.
  •  
    Meet standardized KPIs: Inbound / Outbound calls per hour, and conversion and kept rates and dollars collected within 10% of Leader.
  • Come to work daily prepared to solve problems that arise from unique circumstances
  • Understandin the importance of the working with the consumer at an individual level to reach a personalisez solutions that best fits their needs that ensures the best outcome for both the consumer and company
  • Update consumers' accounts with precision to ensure all outcomes of the call are documented.
  • Ensure notation is clear and concise while conveying important details within the call to allow accurate reporting and support for team members.
 

Requirements:-

  • A minimum of 3 CXC subjects including English is required with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year or more call center experience.
  • No CXC a minimum of 6 months - 1 year or more Call Center experience is needed in customer service.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in Microsoft Programs.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work with all levels of staff in a collabotative and partnership approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to gather information and make quick decisions.
  • Demonstrates in their work and communicatio, companys core principles.
  • Able to pick upon new information quickly and accurately and apply to call.
  • Candidate must be computer literate.
  • Candidates must possess a Valid ID, TRN, and NIS.
  • Candidate must be 18 years or older to be considered.
  • Flexible to work any assigned Shift.
  • HEART/NTA Customer Service Certificate is accepted.
  • Problem solving skills- ability to access and research multiple sources of data.
  • Must be oubctual and reliable for work schedule.
  • Must have Customer Service and Collections experience.
  • Effective analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective organizational skills ability to access and research multiple sources of data.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to effectively resolve problems and be efficient in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be confartable meeting work deadlines.
