We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Water Efficiency & Waste Reduction Analyst to lead strategic initiatives to reduce freshwater consumption and minimise wastewater discharge across all operations at our Head Office.

  • Oversee the installation and management of 30–40 cloud-based wireless water meters across freshwater supply lines throughout the compound.
  • Continuously monitor water usage data in real time to detect leaks, excessive consumption, and anomalies across various departments.
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations for key water metrics to support decision-making.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of high-consumption patterns and recommend operational or technical fixes.
  • Identify water-intensive processes and propose redesigns or upgrades to reduce water usage and wastewater output.
  • Benchmark against best practices in water efficiency and integrate learnings into the company’s sustainability roadmap.
  • Collaborate with department heads and facility managers to implement corrective actions and share water-saving insights.
  • Develop and conduct water conservation training programs for staff across all departments.
  • Foster a culture of sustainability through awareness campaigns and behaviour-change strategies.
  • Design and manage incentive-based programs to reward teams or departments that achieve measurable reductions in water usage.
  • Track departmental performance against established KPIs and reduction targets.
  • Maintain a prioritised list of efficiency projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing water usage trends, reduction progress, and identified issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and internal sustainability standards.
  • Support audits and inspections related to environmental impact and water management.
