Warm-Call Appointment Setter (Remote Position)

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and confident communicator to join our team as a Warm-Call Appointment Setter. This is a remote role where you will be reaching out to individuals who are already connected with a healthcare provider or veteran-support organization. Your job is simple: help them schedule a free benefit review to better understand their healthcare options and potential savings.

No cold calling. No selling. Just friendly outreach and appointment scheduling.

About the Role

In this position, you will contact people who have previously interacted with our partner organizations. Your purpose is to provide helpful information and assist them in booking their free consultation. These consultations help individuals, including veterans, verify their benefits and explore additional options that may improve their coverage or reduce out-of-pocket costs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, stays positive on the phone, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Make warm outbound calls to individuals (NO cold calling)

• Use a simple, friendly script to guide calls

• Clearly explain the opportunity for a free benefit review

• Schedule appointments with specialists for those interested

• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a positive tone

• Work independently in a remote setting
