Warehouse Supervisor (St. Catherine)

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory, Warehouse or Retail Management or other related area  

Ability to manage a demanding workload  

Excellent customer service skills, with knowledge ineffectively handling disgruntled customers  

Ability to use own initiative and work independently 

Positive work attitude 

Team player; able to effectively lead and motivate team members  

At least 5 years’ experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory or other related area  

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role 

Indepth knowledge of warehousing and inventory control 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills 

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse  

Ensure that customers receivea high level of service that exceeds their expectations 

Conduct stock-takes and assist the Internal Audit department with their stock-takes, ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved in the receipt and storage of merchandise 

Coaching and developing team members in the maintenance of health and safety    standards 

Manage the inventory and loss prevention processes and controls at the branch especially regarding product placement and security. 

Ensure the timely delivery of goods in accordance with the Consumer Charter
