Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for establishing and controlling measures which guarantees the availability of goods in the Shops in a timely manner.

The basic job duties include but are not limited to:

• Control the maintenance of the warehouse parameters system.
• Plan the warehouse inventory according to the Supply Chain Manager criteria.
• Train and motivate team members to ensure maximum productivy and compliance with Dufry's expectations.
• Organise the warehouse lay-out
• Ensure goods are received, delivered and or transferred in accordance with the Company’s policy.
• Prepare employee weekly schedule and ensure payroll hours are uploaded in a timely manner.

• Organise and assure the goods receipt, storage and replacement of the shops of the airport, as well as the resources to carry out these activities.

 Qualifications and experience

• More than 3 years of experience in similar role.
• Certificate in Logistics or Warehousing and/or similar field.
• Professional and pragmatic. Technologically inclined.
