Chas E. Ramson Ltd. is seeking to fill the position of Warehouse Manager at its Kingston location.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, goods receival and dispatch, staff supervision, and vehicle maintenance scheduling. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company protocols.

• Supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.

• Coordinate the dispatching of goods and ensure timely deliveries.

• Oversee the receival and proper storage of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Implement and monitor the First In, First Out (FIFO) system for product rotation.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly inventory reports.

• Maintain proper records for company-owned vehicle maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory control, including receiving and dispatching deliveries.

• Five (5) CXC subjects or equivalent, inclusive of Mathematics and English.

• Certificate in Supervisory Management (preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent managerial, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Must own a reliable motor car and reside in Kingston or its environs.
