The Warehouse Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods across the property.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels through precise tracking, documentation, and adherence to corporate standards and audit requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage regulations, securing proper handling of food & beverage items, housekeeping products, and engineering supplies.
• Coordinating closely with Purchasing, Cost Control, and departmental leaders to guarantee timely supply of materials needed for daily hotel operations.
• Leading, training, and developing the warehouse team to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a culture of accountability.
• Implementing strong inventory-control practices, including regular cycle counts, stock rotation, shrinkage prevention, and alignment with corporate reporting standards.
• Supporting budget management and cost-optimization efforts through strategic ordering, storage planning, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensuring the warehouse operation contributes to guest experience by enabling smooth service delivery across all departments.

The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or storeroom leadership—preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge ofinventory control systems, audit processes, and warehouse best practices.
• Proven experience managing high-volume operationsin fast-paced, service-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of food safety, storage protocols, and health compliance standards.
• Experience leading teams, improving processes, and implementing SOPs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
