Warehouse Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, team supervision, workflow optimization, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high efficiency and competence.
• Oversee warehouse operations, setting and monitoring goals to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Support supply planning, contributing to inventory strategies for existing products, new items, and phase-outs.
• Drive process improvement, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance, maintaining standards for quality, sanitation, security, and legal regulations.
• Coordinate inventory and deliveries, working with procurement to manage receipts, damages, and packing for timely dispatch.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Warehouse
• Supervisor/Managerial role; experience in distribution is a plus.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.
• People management and leadership skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and discipline staff.
• Collaboration, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple warehouse operations effectively.
