A growing company is inviting applications from reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Warehouse & Delivery Associates (Kingston and Montego Bay). The successful candidates will support warehouse operations and delivery activities by ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and delivered while maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely receive, store, pick, load, and deliver products accurately and on time
• Collect daily delivery invoices from the dispatcher and complete deliveries as assigned
• Accurately select and prepare goods for delivery
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in accordance with company procedures and standards
• Maintain warehouse areas, tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized condition
• Assist with manual loading and offloading of goods, including furniture and household appliances
• Adhere to all safety, security, and operational guidelines
• Perform other related duties assigned by management

Requirements & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and flexible attitude
• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 pounds or more
• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or delivery environment would be an asset
• Must be willing and available to work on Saturdays
• Must be able to pass a background check and medical examination
• Valid Police Certificate of Good Character required

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with regular standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of heavy items. Team members will also assist with customer pick-ups and delivery operations and must follow all safety procedures at all times.
