                                     General Description

The Warehouse Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing incoming and outgoing products and equipment within the company’s warehouse facility.

The main duties and responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

  • Compile and maintain records of quantity, type of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records, manually or using computer.
  • Compare inventory to office records or compute figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
  • Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computation or count, or investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
  • Receive deliveries.
  • Retrieve and prepare orders for disbursement to Delivery Specialists for delivery.
  • Prepare a report on all goods received (both finished products and imports).
  • Prepare RMA report for defective toners on a monthly basis
  • Any other duties assigned which are relevant to the function.
  • Oversee Production team in adherence with production schedule for Toners.

Academic Requirements and Experience:

-      Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field

-      3+ years experience in inventory control

-      Excellent math and analytical skills

-      Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

-      Strong customer service skills

-      Keen intelligence and negotiation skills

-      Ability to work well both in a team setting as well as independently

-      Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

-      Professional, creative and dynamic presence

-      Must be computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office’s suite of products

-      Ability to work extended hours.
