C.R.A.V.E. Manufacturing and Distribution Ltd, authorized distributor of Continental Baking Company Limited, is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Clerk to support the efficient receiving, storage and distribution of finished goods across assigned distribution channels.

The role is responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfilment, inventory integrity and compliance with established warehouse procedures, while maintaining high standards of safety, documentation and customer service.

Core Functions

Receiving, Distribution & Order Fulfilment

  • Verify the receiving and distribution of products during assigned shifts to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved procedures.
  • Prepare accurate and timely Tax Invoices in accordance with quantities ordered and company policies.
  • Support daily pre-packing of products in line with established targets set by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Inventory Control & Documentation

  • Support inventory accuracy through daily monitoring of warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit verifications.
  • Present all daily documentation, including Tax Invoices and Credit Notes, to the Warehouse Supervisor for review prior to leaving the compound.
  • Monitor warehouse processes, identify discrepancies or issues and report concerns promptly to the Supervisor.

Coordination & Operational Support

  • Coordinate and guide the activities of assigned Warehouse Assistants to ensure efficient off-loading, storage, retrieval and allocation of products.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels to support the effective receival and distribution of baked products through established channels.
  • Immediately escalate unusual trends, discrepancies or suspicious activities to the Supervisor and/or Manager.

Safety, Housekeeping & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area in accordance with Company safety standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership by modelling safe work practices and reinforcing compliance among team members.
  • Communicate and implement operational changes as directed.
  • Recommend improvements to operational practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy and service delivery.

Minimum Requirement: Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role; prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience in inventory management and operations management would be an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in record keeping.
  • Excellent human relations, communication, time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting, standing for extended periods and manual handling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly and efficient workspace.
  • Highly professional, ethical and of integrity.
  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
