Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for efficient order processing and maintaining warehouse operations in a pharmaceutical environment. Key duties include accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring correct batch selections, handling shipment receipts, and managing inventory levels. The role also involves maintaining organized shelves, adherence to company protocols, proper storage of pharmaceuticals, and maintaining restricted warehouse access. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Job Duties

Processing Orders

• Accurately pick stock against orders and pack them for delivery in accordance with Company standards.
• Ensure that the correct batches are selected during picking operation, packing and checking of each delivery orders
• Transfer pharmaceutical stocks between warehouses.
• Loading delivery orders set for dispatch into delivery vans.

Warehouse Maintenance

• Maintain neatly organized shelves
• Maintain well stocked inventory in operating warehouse
• Transfer goods from storage warehouses to operating warehouse under supervision
•  Ensure that all operations in warehouses are according to outlined protocols, rules and standards outlined by the regulation.
• Ensure that unauthorized persons are prohibited from entering the warehouse

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Any other duties that may arise within the scope of work.

Education/Training/Experience

• 5 CXC subjects (including Mathematics and English)
• At Least 1-2 years related experience
