Warehouse Checker.

Ensure the timely completion, accuracy and efficiency of the loading and unloading of trucks, other customer and supplier delivery vehicles and containers while treating customers in a professional manner.  Support the achievement of department goals such as GMP, department and business KPIs related to Finished Goods area that may be set from time to time.

1. Accurately count and record the product quantities loaded and returned in all ways that product is distributed.  
2. Identification and differentiation between good and damaged product.
3. Identification between different product types.
4. Opening and closing the truck doors as needed to count the products.
5. Accurately count and record the movement of stock within dispatch as may be required.
6. Accurately count stock within finished goods department as required.
7. Record the exact product quantities using the company systems and all other manual records required.

Includes but is not limited to:

• Accellos handheld, load/unload sheets, salesman handhelds
• Correctly filling out all information requested on record sheets
• Sign off and have all customers sign off all relevant documentation
• Record the time different activities take place as required

1. Check that all 1^st, 2^nd and any subsequent loads assigned by the dispatch supervisor are loaded and checked in an efficient and accurate manner while being recorded on the load sheets.
2. Check and record all export containers assigned by the warehouse supervisor in an efficient and accurate manner.

Includes but is not limited to:

• Identification and differentiation between good and damaged product
• Identification between different product types
• Opening and closing the truck doors as needed to count the products.

1. Pass documentation to data administration in an efficient and timely manner for the timely processing of the loads.
2. Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to check-in trucks immediately after returning to company. 
3. Record the exact product quantities using the company systems and all other manual records required.

• Correctly filling out all information requested on record sheets
• Sign off and have all customers sign off all relevant documentation

Record the time of activities as required.

Requirements:

5 CXC/CSEC passes including Mathematics and English.

Computer literacy.

One year experience in a Warehouse environment.

Leadership and motivational training an asset.

Must be able to work on a 3 shift system.
