Warehouse Attendant
Responsible for assising with various warehouse duties which entails receiving, loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, storage of goods, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, and stock count reports.
OVERRAL OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE
Responsible for assising with various warehouse duties which entails receiving, loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, storage of goods, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, and stock count reports.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITES
• Receive ALL materials at the warehouse; duties includes off loading shipment and verifing quantities against invoiced amount.
• Ensure that the materials inside the warehouse is organized.
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment in a safe manner as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure warehouse according to 5S standards, this includes consumable warehouse, the driveway, both sides and the front of the warehouse with in the fence.
REQUERIMENTS
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
• Five CXC passes including Mathematics and English Language
• Computer Literate
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, with duties such as Binning, Picking and Packing dispatching.
• Ability to use a forklift
• Ability to communicate written and orally
