Assist Warehouse Manager with receival and delivery of goods

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Duties include:

• Providing assistance to Warehouse Manager.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked in designated areas in warehouse.
• Store items in a safe, orderly and accessible manner in warehouse or other areas.
• Examine and inspect stock items for defects reporting any damage to WM.
• Receive and count stock items under guidance from the WM
• Retrieve items from warehouse in order to facilitate accurate and timely deliveries of stock items under guidance from WM
• Clean and maintain equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in determining proper storage methods, identification, and stock location, based on turnover, physical capabilities of facilities, and other factors.
• Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles.
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, or other grounds features
• Any other duties assigned
