Warden

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating safe and healthy residential accommodation for local and international students, while ensuring compliance with the College’s policies, guidelines, and procedures governing Residence Halls.

• Monitor the behaviour/conduct of the students in the Halls of Residence in the common use areas and extra-curricular programmes to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the College.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of student room placement
• Monitor students' leave of absence in consultation with the Director of Student Affairs; sign permission slips and maintain records of students who are allowed to leave campus
• Assist with the orientation of students
• Monitor and supervise the service of all meals in the cafeteria
• Conduct room inspection periodically or on request by the Director of Student Affairs
• Respond to students' emergencies in collaboration with the College Nurse, Sports Coordinator and Director
