Waitress/Cashier/Barista
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Operate the POS system cash register and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist with food delivery to customers in a timely manner.
• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support the kitchen and baristas as needed during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines in handling food and beverages.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register.
• A team player with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
