WATERSPORTS OPERATIONS MANAGER

The TCM Group is seeking a knowledgeable professional to be a part of its dynamic team.

WANTED: WATERSPORTS OPERATIONS MANAGER

To provide quality service to our clients while ensuring a safe and fun
environment. The ideal candidate must:

-          Must hold a university degree

-          International experience in resort, lived aboard or cruise ship environment 

-          Be fluent in at least two (2) other languages in addition to English; preferably Spanish and French

-          Be computer and media literate, including social media

-          Excellent organizational skills

-          Possess excellent customer service skills

-          Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers.

-          Hold a valid driver’s license

-          Preferably be between the ages of 30 and 45 years

CORE REQUIREMENTS

-          At least 2 years experience

-          Knowledge of maintenance of dive equipment and compressor

-          Strong safety record

-          Strong knowledge of boats and engine, inboard and outboard as well as boat maintenance
