Job title:                              Warehouse Loading Officer

Job purpose:  Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff. Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications and any other related database tools for management reporting
• Initiative, decisiveness and problem solving skills

Responsibilities 

As a Warehouse Loading Officer, you'll need to:

• Create delivery slip for internal and external purposes
• Write up damage items to be removed from system
• Ensure that all containers are off  loaded
• Load delivery trucks.
• Ensure the accurate picking of products on invoices to be loaded on trucks.
• Participate in stock counts as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Ensure that all containers are off  loaded
• Responsible for the inputting and maintenance of the Daily Delivery Records System.
• Assist with general delivery enquiries.
• Record all invoices delivered to accounts department.
• Any other duties that may be assigned periodically.

Key Knowledge and Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a warehouse environment
• Related qualifications in Warehouse loading or equivalent
• Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems
• Experienced with fleet management operation
