Shift:- 7AM-7PM - Monday - Friday, Must be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Clear and Effective communication skills in English including active listening and conversational skills.
• Balanced in terms of delivering utmost quality customer experience and possessing good negotiation skills.
• Effective Organizational Skills
• Computer proficiency skills with a minimum 25 WPM typing speed
